Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)

As I mentioned from my last blog post, 2022 was not too shabby. I was able to continue to focus in achieving some of my goals, along with validating my knowledge. Starting my new year, I need to close out the circle of my “Dynamics” fundamentals certification track. I was able to pass the MB-910 Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM).

Now if you’ve never used Microsoft’s Dynamics CE in some form, I believe the fundamentals is a great way to get you started in understanding what Microsoft’s Dynamics CE can do for any organization. There are several areas that the exam will focus on within the CE (Customer Engagement) family of products. The exam categories that breaks it down by product are all equally weighted.

There was roughly 36 questions in total that I was asked and it was equally spread. Below are the breakdown of the skills that are measured:

  • Dynamics 365 Marketing

  • Dynamics 365 Sales

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service

  • Shared Features

To prepare for the exam, there are several ways to study but I do find that the standard Microsoft Learn learning path is enough to get the information you need. Click this Collection link for the CE learning path.
